Animal Farm is an animal record maintenance software package designed to allow owners of multiple animals to manage health records, breeding history, pedigrees, and other information related to animal husbandry from Alpaca farming to Dog breeding. The program is more than just a record-keeping system. In addition to helping you keep up with what you have done it also allows you to set reminders to help you keep on schedule with things you will do. The software is designed to run under Windows 98, ME, 2000, and XP. It can run under Windows 95, if updated version of MDAC are loaded on the computer (these can be downloaded for free from Microsoft). While the evaluation version of this program is mostly functional (some could probably use it without registering), it does limit the number of animals you can enter, only prints 2 generation pedigrees, does not allow on-line automatic updates, and limits certain other reports that can be run.
