The Durawand ises special optic circuitry which allows it to scan bar codes in any light, from complete darkness, to direct sunlight. The Durawand, via it's downloader/recharger, can store up to 2000 scans between uploads. Where bar-codes need to be scanned and the environment can be harsh this unit is a great option!
